Multiple outlet strip safety

Prior to using a multiple power strip, always inspect it for damage such as cracks, frayed wires, or defective plug. It could destroy any that are not at the end of the chain in short order. I think some of the bad reviews about that are due to unrealistic expectations regarding when power strip covers in general are designed to do. I worry so much about my children playing with outlets, cords and plugs, this is a really amazing product that truly takes that worry away! We were able to put a power strip inside of this case and on that power strip we have the TV plug, our router plug, our cable box plug and our DVD player plugged into it. It ran no more than three computers at any time, usually just two, an some various other low draw devices.

First understand that each circuit usually supplies power to several outlets and lights. Just a dot on CW or "Ah" on SSB are enough. For them to have a chance to do their job, you need a whole house surge protector wired into your exterior electrical service where the meter is and the power enters your house from the grid. Please do not ignore this light because protection is still guaranteed.
